On Saturday 14 October, BritCham Shanghai proudly unveiled its inaugural Corporate Sports Day – presented by The Bank of East Asia (China) Limited at Nord Anglia International School Shanghai, Pudong.
Very much worth mentioning first is the fine weather – sunny, cloudy at times with breeze, perfect for outdoors.
This year, we embraced a spectrum of activities, from our legacy 7-A-side football tournament to badminton, tennis, children’s sports and family activities. The whole day community gathering buzzed with energy, echoing with cheers, and capturing the thrill of competition.
What made the 2023 Corporate Sports Day even more special was its inclusivity. This year’s event featured the “Showdown for All,” a unique tableball game designed to empower the blind community, led by Hangzhou Para Blind Sports Club, It was an extraordinary showcase of talent and determination, emphasising that sports truly know no boundaries.
Taking this moment, we would like to thank all the teams and supporters for crafting a vibrant atmosphere and an unforgettable event.
