2026 Great British Day Out

On Saturday, 17 October, Great British Day Out ’26 brings a full day of music, food, sport and discovery to The British International School Shanghai, Puxi. Come with friends, bring the family, or make a day of exploring it all.

Enjoy live entertainment and busking, sample your way through the food and drink on offer, and browse brands and products across the markets. Get involved in health and wellness activities, or head to the pitch to cheer on the teams in the corporate 7-a-side football tournament. Meet animals looking for a new home at the pet adoption area, while kids’ activities give younger visitors plenty to explore. In the Education Hall, discover schools and learning opportunities, and join panel discussions for fresh ideas and insights.

And keep an eye on the prize! our lucky draw features an exciting range of prizes, including an Emirates Business Class return ticket from Shanghai to the UK via Dubai. Every ticket purchased includes one lucky draw entry. Want more chances to win? Tickets are on sale now! Book by 11 October for the RMB 38 early-bird price, available for adults and children. From 12–17 October, standard tickets are RMB 68 for adults and RMB 38 for children.
