In collaboration with SQ EDU, the official committee of F1 in Schools STEM Challenge
On 10 April 2024, the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai successfully hosted a STEM training workshop for international and bilingual school teachers at the Britannica International School Shanghai.
This ‘train-the-trainer’ workshop was specifically designed to offer educators a unique opportunity to grasp the overview of the F1 in Schools programme. It aims to empower them to introduce the F1 in Schools project within their schools, fostering students’ enthusiasm for STEM learning, cultivating innovative thinking, and promoting teamwork. Ultimately, the workshop endeavours to significantly influence their future career paths.
The core content of the training:
Tutors from SQ EDU also shared their insights and past experience on implementing the F1 in Schools projects at schools, including successful cases, challenges faced, and problem-solving strategies.
Among the attendees are educators from top international and bilingual schools in Shanghai, including Harrow International School Shanghai, Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong, YK Pao School, King’s College International School Wuxi, Wycombe Abbey School Nanjing, and the Sino-British College, USST.
