BritCham Shanghai hosts its inaugural People & Culture Roundtable

On the morning of November 5, BritCham Shanghai’s People & Culture (P&C) Committee successfully held the inaugural session of its People & Culture Roundtable series. The event brought together professionals from various sectors to share knowledge, insights, and best practices on topics related to people, leadership, management, and organisational culture.

Hosted by the Chair of the P&C Committee, Fabrizio Ulivi, Managing Partner of SBA-Shi Bisset & Associates the roundtable opened with an introduction to the series, highlighting its focus on bringing together HR, people and culture professionals, as well as experts in leadership and management. This in-person roundtable provided not only valuable knowledge sharing but also a valuable networking opportunity.

The audience actively engaged in the discussions, expressing a strong interest in attending future sessions.
