01. What is the purpose of the survey?
The member survey gathers your feedback to improve services, optimise events, enhance communication and guide the Chamber’s strategic direction in the next year.
02. Is the survey open to everyone?
No, the survey is exclusive to BritCham Shanghai members.
03. If I am not sure about my membership status, what should I do?
If you are not sure about your membership status, please visit https://www.britishchambershanghai.cn/member-directory and look up your company name. If your company name exists there, then you’re recognised as a member.
04. What can I gain from participating in the survey?
By participating in this survey, you can voice your opinions, influence BritCham Shanghai’s services and events, and enter a lucky draw as a token of appreciation (we will make it a transparent process for the lucky draw while there’s no guarantee for anyone to win a prize).
05. If I exit the survey accidentally, do I need to start from the beginning?
Yes.
