During the ongoing 20th CPC National Congress, this webinar will bring attendees a review of the first half of the congress and also look at trends leading up to the remaining meetings.
China’s most important and high-profile political event – the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress will start in Beijing on Sunday 16 October.
Amid the increasingly complex risks and challenges China is facing, the upcoming 20th National Congress will have the central task of presenting the Party’s road map for the next five years and beyond. The 20th National Congress is regarded as especially important as it is the start of a new journey for China’s development and its role in international affairs.
To help members gain a better understanding of the first half of the congress as well as trends leading up to the remaining meetings, BritCham Shanghai will host a webinar briefing with APCO’s James McGregor and Jeff Astle on Wednesday, 19 October 2022, from 7 PM to 8 PM (China Time).
