Alan Lu is the Director of Knight Frank and Head of International Investment in Beijing, where he is responsible for the development of international residential projects in Beijing.

He used to live and work in Australia and has nearly 12 years of experience as an overseas real estate consultant, providing clients with professional consulting services on overseas real estate policies and procedures. With unique insights and concepts on the real estate market, he is familiar with the real estate markets in Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, etc., and has been trusted by customers.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, Alan Lu worked at Savills as Manager of the International Residential Division, where he carried out the international residential business. He also worked for GloryRE as Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for the management of corporate strategy and key projects.

Ricky Wei is the Associate Director of Knight Frank of International Investment Department in Shanghai, where he is responsible for the business development of international residential projects in Shanghai.

He used to study, live and work in the UK for 5 years and has a good understanding of the local economy, culture, education and real estate market in the UK. He is familiar with the purchase procedures of real estate in Australia United Kingdom, the United States, etc. With rich experience in overseas real estate market, he can accurately understand customer needs, provide high-quality real estate projects, global asset allocation and investment advice, and is a trusted global real estate management expert.

Kevin Liu is currently the Managing Director of The Bund.

With over 20 years of experience in the media industry, he has been responsible for advertising operations at mainstream media outlets such as ‘Shanghai Weekly’, ‘Sanlian Life Weekly’.

His enduring passion for words has also led him to publish two collections of his own poetry.

In an era dominated by traffic, he still believes in the necessity of deep reading. He believes that genuine media should be the mirror of the times, not just its chronicler.

Samantha Yu currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Knight Frank International Project Marketing Department, Greater China.

She has taken key roles in promotion of residential developments in UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Thailand and Japan. Samantha is responsible for business development of international residential projects and assisting overseas developers with marketing planning in China. With rich experience in international residential project management and investment, she specializes in tailoring investment plans for high-net-worth clients from a professional perspective and diversifying asset allocation.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, Samantha served as Head of China International Properties Department for Colliers. She managed Shanghai and Beijing properties department.

Fongyee began to study wine whilst at Cambridge reading Classical Chinese, and became captain of the University Blind Wine Tasting Team, leading them to victory in 2004. In 2007, she moved to Beijing, China and became the co-founder, with Edward Ragg MW, of Dragon Phoenix Wine Consulting. She is now a specialist wine educator and consultant in English and Mandarin., with Dragon Phoenix becoming one of China’s most successful wine education companies.

She also regularly judges, having been guest international judge for such shows as both regional and capital Australian wine shows, AWOCA (Wines of Chile), IWC and the South Africa Trophy Wine Show. Fongyee also has featured in the award-winning documentary Red Obsession, and starred in Wok n Wine 品尝中国, about wine matching with Chinese cuisines with more than 4 million viewers, as well as Carpe Vinum 意大利美酒之游, featuring the wine regions of Italy, as well as executive producing the documentary Waking the Sleeping Dragon whichshowed at the Venice Film Festival.

Mr. Kassian Polin, CFA, is the General Manager of the Wealth Management and Segment Department at The Bank of East Asia (China) Limited (“BEA China”). Mr. Polin leads 3 teams – Wealth Management, Segment and Marketing, plus Customer Data Strategy – at BEA China’s Personal Banking business. He also drives numerous domestic and cross-border initiatives.

Before joining BEA China, Mr. Polin has more than 15 years of experience leading various teams at HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking business. He completed record-breaking initiatives across Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore, and London. He also drove HSBC’s strategy in the areas of ESG, Belt and Road and Fintech.

Since 2013, Albert Zhang has spearheaded the strategic entry of the prestigious British jewelry brand, Garrard, into the Chinese market, appointed as the role of Brand Ambassador for China. In this capacity, he has overseen and managed the brand’s market penetration and business development initiatives within the region. Concurrently, Albert holds the esteemed positions of Ambassador for GubelinGem Lab China and GubelinAcademy China, reinforcing his expertise in the domain of high-end jewelry and the valuation of precious gemstones.
