Winnie is the Head of Intermediaries – Asia at Hawksford. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for helping global businesses to expand into Southeast Asia region, while assisting Asian companies with expanding into the UK.

With more than 10 years of experience in international expansion, Winnie has held different roles within the public and private sectors, where she assisted multinational corporations and SMEs on their market entry and expansion needs. Winne has lived and worked in China and Southeast Asia and is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien. She prides herself on her good understanding of cultural sensitivity and ways of working with clients in Asia.

Ms. Immensee CHENG is the director of the CEO office of BIPO, a Chinese-based multinational company providing HR tech and services for the global workforce. She supports the CEO in strategic planning and business operations across 44 offices worldwide, which offers her proficiency in global team management. With extensive experience in assisting Chinese companies going abroad, she is now an expert and a frequent speaker in HR management in the backdrop of Chinese companies’ global expansion.

Before joining BIPO, Ms. Cheng worked for Deloitte in Hong Kong for many years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University and an MPhil from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jenny Cao is the Standing Director of China Federation Of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, and Charteted Interpreter, has a master’s degree from Leeds University. She worked as interpreter for Home office, the Court in the UK.

She assisted many families in applying for Oxbridge&G5 University. Alliance, with companies going global in industries such as medicine, IT, catering, manufacturing, trade, etc.
