Cindy Reid is a well-known golf instructor who has been teaching for over 30 years. She is the founder of Cindy Reid Golf Academy and the Director of Instruction at the Trophy Club Country Club in Texas. She is a Class A LPGA and PGA golf professional and has worked with golfers of all levels, from beginners to touring professionals. Being recognized as one of the top golf instructors in the United States by Golf Digest, Golf Magazine, and Golf for Women, Cindy has brought her knowledge, expertise and experience in the golf industry to China to develop champion golfers who can compete on the world’s stage. She was selected as the Honorary Coach for the China–Hong Kong Executive Women’s Golf Association for the next 3 years.

In addition to her golf instruction, Cindy is also a regular contributor to golf publications and has been featured on numerous television programs, including the Golf Channel’s “Golf Academy Live.” She is a sought-after speaker and presenter and has been invited to speak at numerous golf industry events and conferences. Cindy is a Class A member of the PGA of America and a Class A member of the LPGA teaching division. Cindy has been named of the Top 10 Coaches in China.

Alex Duncan is a British entrepreneur who has lived in China for 16 years. He got involved in a range of different startups. While working for Starwood Hotels on digital marketing projects, he met Brian van Damme and the two of them co-founded KAWO. Over the past 10 years, Alex has worked across all areas of the company and in the process built a deep understanding of digital marketing in China as well as Chinese social media landscape. He is also a regular guest speaker of NYU, spreading his wisdom onto the new generations.

Penny Jin holds an MBA degree and an ACCA qualification and started her career as a finance and accounting professional in leading international companies. She started to work within her family pharmaceutical business in 2011 as a Managing Director overlooking strategic planning, operations and other key areas of the business.

Penny has a love of the performing arts enjoying musical theatre, classical music, orchestral concerts, ballet, and drama. As a mother of two, she believes that the arts can truly help society, especially younger generations, to gain soft skills which are essential in life.

Driven by the belief that a high-quality performing arts program can help build confidence, stimulate creativity, enhance critical thinking and improve the intellectual curiosity of our younger generations, Penny established iStage Academy in 2016.  iStage Academy is a bi-lingual Performing Arts Academy focused on musical theatre education for children aged 3 all the way to adults and is seeking further expansion in Hong Kong and South East Asia in 2023.

Daisy Tang is a Hong Kong native raised and educated in China, UK and Spain. With over one and a half decades of experience in branding, design and marketing, she founded Hola Daisy to support topline growth for foreign consumer brands in China. She has led national campaigns in China for Starbucks, Nespresso, Oatly and ABIn Bev with results surpassing +300%. Daisy is a startup mentor at venture capital firm SOSV and an active member of BritCham’s SME and Creative Industries committees.

With a passion of self-development, psychology and female empowerment, Nancy is an active participant in the Shanghai British Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee. She regards this as a long-term commitment and humble contribution to female community building project.

Nancy has acquired her education and professional experience in Australia, Singapore – An alumnus of University of Melbourne and University of Queensland, and her previous experience includes Hilton Worldwide, Pan Pacific, ShineWing Australia. After relocating to Shanghai in late 2019, she joined Star (Shanghai) Accounting & Consulting as the Business Development Manager/Business Assistant to CEO to take on more a strategic management role.
