Event Details

The BritCham Shanghai Legal & Regulatory Committee is pleased to co-host this event in collaboration with the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and the Trade and Investment Center of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. This event will provide valuable insights for Chinese enterprises operating globally, particularly in the EU, US, and UK markets.

A panel of industry experts, legal professionals, and trade specialists will discuss key regulatory frameworks, such as the European Commission’s proposal for an “Omnibus Regulation” amending EU sustainability legislation (in particular the CSDDD and CSRD), EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the impact related to US tariff and the America First Trade and Investment Policy.
